How can I place an order?

You may browse our catalogue and add to cart the items you want to buy. Proceed to check-out once you are sure of our purchase/s.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

An order confirmation email will be sent to your provided email address so kindly ensure that your email address is correct and active.

If you haven’t received a confirmation email 24hrs after placing your orders, please send us an email at operations.parleather@gmail.com

Can I change my order after confirmation?

Unfortunately, orders confirmed are already considered as final orders. Please think twice about the product/s you want to buy before proceeding with the check-out.

Do you take special requests?

For special requests, please email us first at operations.parleather@gmail.com so we can assess if your request is feasible or not.

SHIPPING

What couriers do you use?

We use Zip Courier for Metro Manila, LBC for provincial orders in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, and DHL for international addresses.

We also accommodate order pick-up for Metro Manila and other nearby areas such as Rizal, Cavite, and Bulacan.

How much are your shipping rates?

Our shipping rates depend on the number of items you ordered as well as your address. For Metro Manila orders, we charge a flat rate of PHP 300.00 for a maximum of three orders. LBC shipping for SLGs may range from PHP 200.00-PHP 250.00, depending on your address, while shipping for leather bags may range from PHP 350.00-1,700.00, depending on your address and the number of items you bought.

International shipping fees also depend on your country of location and number and sizes of orders bought.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated upon check-out.

How long will it take before I receive my order?

PAR Leather strictly implements a no rush shipping policy.

Metro Manila orders will be shipped and delivered the next day (except Sundays and Holidays), as long as the order is placed and paid on or before 3:00 PM. Metro Manila orders placed after 3:00 PM will be shipped and delivered the day after tomorrow.

For self-booking / self pick-up orders, please allow us at least half a day to prepare your order. We will contact you via Viber or SMS once your orders are ready for pickup. Pick-up point is in Quezon City, Metro Manila. Full address will be sent once order is ready for pickup.

Provincial orders placed and paid on or before 12:00 PM will be shipped the same day via LBC, while orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped the next day.  LBC deliveries usually take 3-5 working days for Luzon, and 5-7 working days for Visayas and Mindanao. Please note that PAR Leather is not in control of the delays caused by couriers.

For international orders, kindly allow our team at least 24 hours to prepare your order and schedule its delivery. DHL shipments usually take 1-20+ days, depending on the country of destination.

Do you accommodate rush shipping?

No, PAR Leather does not accommodate rush shipping as we follow a certain process during order processing and packing to ensure that your order is complete and correct. As such, we ask for your patience while we prepare your order for you.

How will I know if my order is shipped?

We will send another email once your order has been shipped. Tracking details will also be provided in this email (for non-Metro Manila addresses).

I provided the wrong address, can this still be corrected?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address once your orders are confirmed. Hence, please double check your details before proceeding with check-out.

My order status has been changed to Completed/Delivered, but I have not received my package, what do I do?

If this is the case, we suggest you check with your neighbors if they received the package on your behalf. You may also check with your apartment managers/concierge/lobby security if the courier left your package with them.

If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact the courier and inform them of your situation. Kindly note that PAR Leather is not liable or responsible for any mishaps caused during the transit and/or delivery period. However, we are always open to assist you so you may resolve your issues and concerns.

Is international shipping available?

Yes, international shipping is available via DHL. International shipping rates are also calculated upon check-out. However, please note that the shipping rates are still exclusive of taxes and customs fees.

PAYMENT

What are your modes of payment?

We currently accept payments thru Paypal and Xendit.

Both modes accept credit card payments, while Xendit also offers other modalities such as Gcash, bank debit, and QR PH.

How can I pay my order?

You will be automatically redirected to the payment page after check-out.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, AND PRODUCT WARRANTY

Return and Exchange Policy

PAR Leather strictly implements a 3-day return and exchange policy for all domestic orders. This means that you have three days after item receipt to request a return. If you requested a return after more than three days after order receipt, PAR Leather unfortunately cannot offer an item return and exchange.

To be eligible for order return and exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item is bought on full-price (non-sale item); 
  • The item is defective upon receipt;
  • The item is unused and is in original condition;
  • Your delivery address is within the Philippines.

If these conditions are met, kindly send us an email at operations.parleather@gmail.com  indicating that you wish to return and exchange your item due to defect. Please indicate your order reference number in the email to avoid any confusion. An unboxing video must also be attached in the email as proof that you have received a defective item. Once the team has reviewed your concern, we will provide you instructions on how and where to ship the defective item. Please note that items sent back to us without prior coordination will not be accepted. Shipping fees for the return and exchange of defective items will be covered by the customer.

The replacement item will be the same style and color of the returned item, as long as stocks are available. If the same stock is not available, the customer may opt to choose another style or color, as long as it holds the same value of the original item.

Refund Policy

Refunds will also only be applicable to defective items, and if the defect is reported within three days after order receipt. Refunds will be issued as vouchers and will be valid for one year only. Refunds are applicable for both domestic and international orders.

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item is bought on full-price (non-sale item);
  • The item is defective upon receipt;
  • The item is unused and is in original condition.

If these conditions are met, kindly send us an email at operations.parleather@gmail.com indicating that you wish to return the item for refund because of a defect. The email should contain your order reference number, and must be accompanied by an unboxing video as proof of the defective item. Once the team has reviewed your concern, we will provide you instructions on how and where to ship the defective item. Items sent back to us without prior coordination will not be accepted. Shipping fees for the return of the item will be shouldered by the customer.

Once we have received the item in good condition, PAR Leather will send you a unique voucher code that you may use in our store to purchase our products. The voucher amount will be equivalent of the price of the item you have returned. The voucher code is only valid for one year and can only be used once.

Repairs Policy

For items that have been used, PAR Leather offers a 30-day warranty policy for all domestic orders. This means that the damage must be reported to PAR Leather within 30 days after order receipt to avail of free repair services. Damages reported beyond the 30-day period will not be eligible for free repair services.

Kindly send us an email again at operations.parleather@gmail.com to report the damage for repair. The email must also include your order reference number and pictures showing the damage/s. Once the team has reviewed your concern, we will provide you instructions on how and where to ship the item. Items sent back to use without prior coordination will not be accepted. All shipping fees for the return and repair of the item must be covered by the customer.

Once the repair for the item has finished, PAR Leather will contact you again so you can pick-up your repaired order.

If the 30-day warranty period has lapsed and your bags/pouches/wallets also need repair, we can still facilitate its repair, but with a fee. Kindly send us an email at operations.parleather@gmail.com
to initiate the repair of the items. The email should include your order reference number and photos showing the part/s needing repair.

Repairs for international orders can be requested as store credit instead. Kindly send us an email at operations.parleather@gmail.com to facilitate your request. Once assessed as eligible, PAR Leather will provide you with a unique voucher code with the same value (PHP) of the damaged portion of the item. The voucher code is only valid for one year and can only be used once.
